Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Wolf Truck Cleaning, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fair scheduling for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost as a late cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
